PRESIDENT BAT impresses in INDIAN G20 SUMMIT   


Sep 8 (Lagos) - President BAT has impressed investors in India with his style of working of his cabinet. He was the first head of state to land in India days ahead of the G-20 summit which is only just beginning in New Delhi. President BAT arrived in India with a large contingent of his cabinet ministers and industry leaders from top Nigerian companies including Aliko Dangote, Wale Tinubu ( OANDO ), Tony Elumulu ( TRANSCORP ) among many others. 


US President and UK Prime Minister have are only now arriving in India while President BAT has already secured pledges of investment to the tune of US 14 billion from Indian Companies. 


President BAT got to work immediately after landing in India and there was no time wasted. Reports came out that he met with CEO of Hinduja group hours after landing in New Delhi. Indian group of investors were impressed by the energy that he displayed and the way his cabinet is working. 


Nigeria received a special invitation from Prime Minister Narendra Modi few months ago even before the Presidential elections in Nigeria. This invitation is granted by the host country to countries they personally select and Nigeria was picked by India to attend this G-20 summit. 


The G-20 summit will start tomorrow and we can expect some major business to be conducted between USA and India in the defense space. UK and India are also expected to announce their free-trade deal possibly at this summit. While South Africa will lead the African countries at the G-20, Brazil will lead South American interests at the summit.
