The telecommunication giant advanced 10.00% to close at its intra-day maximum price of N704.00. The counter has seen positive patronage in recent time, thereby pushing its YTD performance to +135.53%.    

On the Offer Cart: As a result of the price appreciation witnessed in the previous session, some of the banking stocks closed today's session in the red, as investors took advantage of the recent gains. As such, UBN (-550bps), UBA (-62bps) and ZENITHBANK (-44bps) all closed the day south.
