On the Bid Cart: MTNN topped the gainers table for the day, moving higher by 10.00% to close at N104.50. After falling over 18.00% in less than two weeks, the shares of the telecommunication was positively patronized today, improving its YTD performance to -4.13% from the -12.84% recorded yesterday.        

On the Offer Cart: STERLNBANK continued its downward trend, shedding 10.00% to close at its intra-day low price of N0.99. Contrary to the buying interest seen in some other counters that declined recently, STERLNBANK has failed to record any upward movement in the last eight sessions and has lost about 37.00% within the same period. Due to the persistent sell pressure, the counter's YTD performance worsened to -47.89%.
