08 April 2019 : ZenithBank has appointed Mr Ebenezer Onyeagwu, who was the Deputy Managing Director, prior to this, as the new Group Managing Director/ Chief Executive, with effect from 1 June 2019 subject to Central Bank of Nigeria ( CBN ) approval. Mr. Ebenezer replaced Mr. Peter Amangbo, whose reign ends on 31 May 2019.
