Feb 22 (Lagos) - Crude Oil prices hit new highs yesterday, bouncing back from a morning slump after the United States (U.S.) government said shale output would rise to a record next month.
US Crude declined 0.19% to trade at $ 56.85 per barrel at NYMEX in New York.
Nigeria's President signaled that country will consider reducing output as per OPEC guidelines.
